If the layout is funky, I’ll suggest whether a simple furniture rearrangement or remodel could fix it. My goal is to ensure you don’t overlook a hidden gem or, conversely, fall for staging tricks elsewhere without checking the essentials. Once we’re under contract, I connect you with reliable home inspectors and stay by your side through closing, making sure your interests are protected.
After Closing Design Help
One more perk: as a thank-you to my buyer clients, I offer a complimentary 1-hour styling session after you move in. We can arrange your furniture, pick a paint color for that accent wall, or plan out improvements so that your new house feels like home right away.
